PLEASE ALWAYS ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE MADE UP.

Medication can have similar names, but be prescribed for different conditions and we consider it is in the patient's best interest NOT TO ACCEPT TELEPHONE REQUESTS for medication.  

You can re-order your medicines by any of the following means:

• Filling in the repeat form and returning to the surgery over the reception desk
• Posting to The Greens Medical Practice 96 Umfreville Road, N4 1TL
• Faxing us on 020 8372 2096
• Emailing  (TBA shortly)
• If you need us to post you a prescription please supply a SAE

If there are items listed, which you no longer require, cross the items out and we will remove them.  It will save you having to check through so many items next time and also prevent errors in re-issuing medication.

On many occasions it will be cheaper for you to buy certain drugs over the counter (paracetamol, ranitidine, ibuprofen etc).  Please ask your local pharmacy to guide you.
